A Typical Monday

Today was a typical Monday. Nobody wanted to get going, except for Bryan. He always wakes up early and never complains about it. Me? Well, I could sleep the mornings away. I love sleeping late but since it wasn't Saturday, I had to get ready, take Bryan to his mom's and get to work. Bryan's mom, Bonnie, was cooking potato soup for lunch. He was looking forward to spending time with his mom and Tom. (The potato soup didn't stand a chance!!!) We have another trip to the hospital in the morning. Pray for him as he will have another dose of chemotherapy (bleo). This will be the only dose this week. It is nice for him to have a break. He tolerated the first week with only minor side effects and for this, we are truly thankful.
Another prayer request...pray the rest of us can stay healthy. Bryan is not supposed to be around sick people and it seems that several of us are experiencing allergy symptoms and Blair had a stomach bug this morning. It's difficult to stay away from someone you live with but we are managing by quarantining Bryan to the bedroom.
