Congratulations to Karmen! She was chosen
"Teen Miss Festival of Stars 2009" at the recent
Ninety Six Festival of Stars Pageant! She worked
very hard and it paid off! She won Miss Photogenic
for her division and Overall Photogenic. Also, Teen
Miss and Overall Beauty. Good work Karmen!
